My step daughter went here to be part of the rent control apartments the person that spoke to her Ms.Clemente asked her three times if she was SURE she could pay the rent! I guess because she is young? And not from Tarrytown? I will be hiring a lawyer to discuss with other people in complex not that lady ! My daughter has a very good job! They use descrimination to pick and choose who they want there _ a violation of housing laws but she got the wrong one! We recorded the interview because she wanted to let me listen when she got home to see how it went not because we thought anything like this would happen and surprise! This lady was rude, and racist , my daughter left in tears. She has plenty of money saved and has a great job and is a remarkable human being _ your loss..
